Amsterdam, November 2016…Boutique Hotel V opened their first “The Lobby restaurant”, next to Dam square right in the center of Amsterdam, with cozy and local atmosphere. I loved to go there for lunch to enjoy their Flammkuchen (thin-crusted pizza dish from the Alsace region).
Recently the second location was opened in the eastern part of the city. Larger in set up and more daylight. Impressive is the wine cellar in the middle of the restaurant and the open kitchen. Friendly and attentive service, mouthwatering food. I loved the pork belly with soft shell crab and grapefruit.
